Admin Officer

We’re recruiting ‘Admin Officer’ for one of our client based in Dubai, UAE.


Job Description:

In this role, we’re looking for someone who is responsible to prepare tailored letters, memo, emails, agendas and minutes of meeting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on incoming emails/internal communications as required.
  • Make us aware of all relevant automated office management system (share point, Docu sign etc.) for effective communication.
  • Monitoring office supplies and order team requirements or replacements for office stationery and refreshments.
  • Act as procurement assistant of the department by handling all purchase requisitions, raising of PRs, preparation of documents to support the purchase requests.
  • Maintain a record of correspondence and organize filing of all office related documents.
  • Schedule appointments and plan for meetings and conferences.
  • Data entry & documents controlling.



  • Education: Bachelors or Master Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
