Broker Partnership Manager

We’re recruiting ‘Broker Partnership Manager’ for one of our client based in Sharjah, UAE.


Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key real estate brokers and brokerage firms, ensuring that the company’s property portfolio is optimally represented in the market. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and broker partners, striving for mutual success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all brokers registrations, filling, archiving and related paper work.
  • Verifying all official documents and make sure it is fulfilled from legal perspective.
  • Manage entire administration and operation work for sales and business development team in term of brokers matters.
  • Assistance in resolving the brokers’ problems in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
  • Training & Development: Organize and facilitate training sessions for brokers on our property portfolio, sales techniques, and any new developments or updates.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and gather feedback from brokers to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track broker sales performance, ensuring that targets are met and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing any concerns, answering questions, and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Support: Provide brokers with the necessary sales materials, tools, and resources needed to effectively market our properties.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure alignment of strategies and to provide feedback from the broker community.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on broker sales activities, market trends, and partnership performance to senior management.



  • Experience in Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of [5 years] experience in real estate sales or broker relations
  • Strong network of contacts within the real estate broker community
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
