Business Development Specialist - E Commerce

We’re recruiting ‘Business Development Specialist – E Commerce’ for one of our client based in Sharjah, UAE.


Job Description:

In this role, we’re looking for somebody who is responsible to develop all-round long-term strategy for online marketplace development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end online channel handling; online volume and value sales across ecommerce sites, promoting marketing activities, furthering the cause of ecommerce linkage of overall marketing initiatives.
  • Building P&L and customer specific (Omnichannel, Pure Players & Aggregators) E-com strategies.
  • Regularly monitoring competitors marketing initiative and promotions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day commercials and operations.
  • Developing strong relationships with e-Retailers such as Pure Players, Aggregators and B&C and distributors to increase sales.
  • Managed operations, e-merchandising, and commercials for the ecommerce channel, including negotiating prices, promotional planning, event placement, and special marketing.



  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience
