Customer Service Manager - Supply Chain

We’re recruiting ‘Customer Service Manager – Supply Chain’ for one of our client.

Our client is one of the leading food manufacturer and distributor based in Dubai, UAE.

 

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for regular coordination with planning/production teams for timely delivery of orders as per customer requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the dispatch/documentation to a wide range of customers.
  • Point of contact between Finance, Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Q.C. departments for a cohesive flow of orders
  • Ensure Delivery of orders by complying with the export country requirements such as Inspection, Certificate of Conformity, BSC certificate, CNCA certificate, and container/truck placement in coordination with shipping lines/ agent and warehouse.
  • Liaising with banks to ensure the LC documents.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA / Graduate with additional qualification in Logistics.
  • Experience: 8-10 yrs in “Customer Service” to support logistics and order management.
  • Good team player and leader.
  • Excellent in relationship management.
  • Must have worked for Food manufacturer and distributor.
