We’re hiring ‘Entertainment Centre Manager’ for one of our client.

Our client is one of the leading property developer based in UAE and also into the retail industry.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, including staff, facilities, and equipment.

Key responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as scheduling shifts and assigning duties
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies developed by marketing department to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Overseeing the financial operations of the centre, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Planning and coordinating special events at the centre, such as birthday parties or corporate events etc.
• Building relationships with local businesses and organizations, as well as participating in community events and initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelors/Master degree in Marketing or relevant.
