Executive Assistant

We’re recruiting ‘Executive Assistant’ for one of our client based in Dubai, UAE

 

Job Description:

Responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

Preference: The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic & English language.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested by the CEO.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail on behalf of the CEO.
  • Arrange and coordinate company events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, as well as external clients and partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and organizing records.
  • Manage project timelines and provide updates to the CEO.
  • Take minutes of meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant in UAE.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Worked independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
