Head of Sales Operations

We’re recruiting ‘Head of Sales Operations’ for one of our client.

Our client is one of the leading property developer based in Sharjah, UAE.


Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible to manage the process of handing over properties to customers professionally and contributes to building a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans and supervises the day-to-day handover activities to customers.
  • Provides innovate solutions to ongoing challenges and ensures customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
  • Continuously improves, streamlines, and enforces the policies & processes.
  • Monitors current working practices, and effect changes in policies as and when required to enhance quality.
  • Achieves customer satisfaction and welfare.
  • Supervises cost control, and ensures adherence to the budget.
  • Plans and manages operational costs and budget forecast.
  • Liaise with accounts on special payments issues and continues assistance to clear the outstanding.



  • Builds and maintains profitable relationships with customers.
  • Oversees the relationship with customers handled by CRM team.
  • Resolves customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeps customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
  • Meets with managers in Alef to plan unit releases strategically.
  • Expands the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understands key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Conducts business reviews using CRM program.
  • Develops the existing CRM system by providing advice for modifications for sales process.
  • Maintains records such as names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted in the CRM system.
  • Implements process of obtaining customer testimonials to identify team performance and improve development.
  • Guides team on follow-up on existing customer to offers made, agreements/contracts preparation, documentation, payment schedule.
  • Monitors and reports on activities and provide management feedback information on new relationships to meet the business objectives.
  • Explains products, services, pricing, and answer queries and overcome objections from customer.
