We’re hiring ‘Landscape Architect’ for one of our client.

Our client is one of the leading real estate developer based in Sharjah, UAE.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating conceptual visions for a variety of landscape architecture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preliminary studies of the site and environmental impact assessments (including contours, soil, ecology, buildings, roads, heritage).
• Concept design development and provide cost estimating, detail design services, contract document preparation and undertake various field services such as site inventories and construction inspection and reports.
• Preparation, production of design, construction drawings and schematic illustrations.
• Production of project design drafting and detailing.
• Illustration of design concepts and preparation of design reports.
• Design detailing in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Assisting in the preparation of schedules of quantity and cost estimates.
• Execute a project from concept through construction documentation.
• Co-ordinate / advise site consultants/ company representatives on landscape design and technical related matters.
• Co-ordinate / source local suppliers / materials.
• Provide approval for contractor work.
• Attend site co-ordination and progress meetings.

Requirements:

• Education: MBA / Graduate in similar field.
• Experience: 4+ yrs in Landscape Architect.
