Learning and Development (L&D) Manager

We’re hiring ‘Learning and Development Manager’ for one of our client.

Our client is one of the leading food manufacturer based in Dubai, UAE.

 

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible to develop and design training programs and curricula tailored to meet the specific needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the training and development needs of employees and teams by conducting needs assessments.
  • Create or oversee the creation of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources.
  • Facilitate training sessions or coordinate with trainers to deliver training to employees.
  • Manage and administer the organization’s LMS, ensuring that training materials are accessible to employees, tracking progress, and generating reports on training completion.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential employees, providing them with opportunities for career advancement and growth.
  • Create leadership development programs to cultivate leadership skills among employees.
  • Talent acquisition and payroll management.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in similar field.
  • Qualification: Bachelors or Masters Degree.
