We’re hiring ‘Manufacturing Head’ for one of our client.

Our client is in the confectionery and bakery industry based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire production process of baked goods, ensuring that products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with Plant Managers for smooth manufacturing & maintenance.
• Production Planning: Developing production schedules and planning for the efficient use of resources to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards, adhering to food safety regulations, and implementing quality control measures.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement within the production line.
• Compliance: Staying updated on industry regulations, food safety standards, and ensuring the bakery follows all relevant guidelines.

Requirements:

• A background in bakery operations, food science, or a related field is typically preferred. Thoroughly having bakery industry experience.
• Should not be below 50 yrs
