Procurement Assistant

We’re hiring ‘Procurement Assistant’ for one of our client.

Our client is from the pump distributor industry based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible to liaise with new overseas suppliers on business terms and plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To keep record of Vendor Registration form.
  • Follow- up with suppliers for renewal of contracts.
  • Keep the filing system up-to-date and to ensure the validity of contracts.
  • Assist the sales team in pre-qualification process and registration as a vendor of products.
  • To have an understanding of the vendor e-registration system.
  • Ensure that the customer data base is accurate and up-to-date.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Qualification: Bachelors or Master Degree.
  • Duration: 4 months
