Procurement Officer

We’re recruiting ‘Procurement Officer’ for one of our client based in Dubai, UAE.

 

Job Description:

In this role, we’re looking for somebody who is responsible to overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience
  • Should be from ship chandlers & marine service industry
