Our client is one of the leading property developer based in Sharjah, UAE.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible to prepare the leasing budget and business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop appropriate leasing concepts, strategies, and plans in line with the business plan.
• Prepare leasing budget and business plan.
• Achieve the budgetary targets through leasing available units, creating and leasing new opportunities.
• Follow leasing trends in the industry and in the region, apprise the management and devise suitable re-direction in leasing strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ Years
• Must be fluent in Arabic language.
