Our client is one of the leading property developer based in Sharjah, UAE and they are hiring for their Abu Dhabi Office.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing & prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cost-benefit & needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop & maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements & related matters, ensuring a fair & honest dealing.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Arabic language.
• 2-5 years’ experience (Real Estate background only) as Head of Marketing or similar role in UAE.
