We’re hiring ‘Senior Estimator’ for one of our client.

Our client is one of the leading property developer based in Sharjah, UAE.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for company-wide Estimation, Procurement, Preparation of BOQ.

Key responsibilities:

• Tendering and analysis of bid/quotes and all associated activities.
• Expert knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques.
• Expert knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC, UAE standards and regulations.
• Must have Pre-Contract experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Degree in Estimation Engineering from recognized university.
• 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
