Senior Sales Associate

We’re recruiting ‘Senior Sales Associate’ for one of our client based in Dubai, UAE.

 

Job Description:

In this role, we’re looking for someone who is responsible to play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients seeking world-class fragrance and personal care ingredients. The position emphasizes ethical and sustainable practices in ingredient sourcing, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility. You will work closely with the sales team, clients, and suppliers to deliver unique and iconic products that stand out in the personal care industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and business objectives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the division’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the division’s market share.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in fragrance and personal care products.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge, emphasizing the division’s commitment to ethical and sustainable sourcing.
  • Promote and advocate for the division’s sustainability initiatives and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Educate clients on the importance of sustainable choices in the personal care industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights to the sales team to adapt strategies in response to market dynamics.
  • Work closely with our global suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality and sustainably sourced ingredients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to strengthen the division’s position in the market.
  • Prepare and share the monthly visitation schedule.
  • Generate weekly reports of each visit and communicate the information to your line manager.
  • Check open transaction report on weekly basis.
  • Follow clients for on time payments.
  • Inform Account for adjust the received payments from clients in clients ledgers against due invoices.
  • Prepare and present quarterly sales report in every QSM.
  • Prepare sales budget of his respectable clients for every upcoming financial year before given time line from HOD / Management.
  • Submit and present Sales budget on time to HOD / Management.
  • Get forecasts of all items from her respected customers and enter it in D365 for the items, which will be supplied from local stock.
  • Give forecasts of all imported items in Excel file to immediate line manager and HOD before 10th of every month.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
