Telesales Representative

Job Description:

To collaborate with the HR recruitment team to ensure that the tele-calling efforts are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and recruitment goals.

Preference: The ideal candidate will be fluent in Tagalog & English language

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to research and identify potential clients that fit the criteria of the target audience for HR recruitment services.
  • To make calls to the potential clients on the target list and introduce the company and the services offered.
  • Should be able to answer questions and address any objections raised by the potential clients.
  • To follow with the potential clients through personalized emails, messages & calls.
  • To track the success of the tele-calling efforts by measuring the number of calls made, the number of positive responses, and the number of clients who have signed up for the service.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in relationship building: 3 years (Required)
  • Experience in tele-calling: 3 years (Required)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Should be a skilled communicator with the ability to persuade potential clients and effectively communicate the benefits of the services offered.
  • Extrovert personality, excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with CSPs, bankers, lawyers, and from service sales or from HR services background.
