One Za’abeel is Formally Included in the Dubai World Trade Center Free Zone

One Za’abeel, the famous overhanging structure on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, is now formally part of the Dubai World Trade Free Zone. Companies and organizations residing in One Za’abeel can now take advantage of several benefits detailed in Decree No. 18 of 2024 because of the development of this significant structure.

“Expanding our jurisdiction to include One Za’abeel as part of the Free Zone reinforces our position as a hub for commerce and enterprise in the heart of Dubai’s Central Business District and directly benefits businesses and SMEs that are integral to accelerating the goals of Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33,” stated Abdalla Al Banna, vice president of free zone regulatory operations at the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority.

The Offices at One Za’abeel offer 26,000 square meters of Grade-A office space along with first-rate facilities and services. With LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certifications, the building offers tenants the best possible connectivity, technology, and sustainability. The Offices, which extend 17 stories and provide tenants with immediate access to an extensive range of dining, retail, hotel, and other options, are situated within the building.
One Za’abeel Holdings director Issam Galadari stated, “Being a part of the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority’s Free Zone offers tenants of One Za’abeel, the offices, and its upcoming retail Podium continued opportunity to grow and solidify their presence in this thriving business community.”
